•The Heat Sealer consists of a tubular steel frame which encloses a H-Block cylinder with a heated Aluminum bar  
•Temperature of the bar is controlled by a Red Lion temperature controller and a type J thermocouple. The temperature for the bar can be adjusted higher or lower by adjusting the set point on the heat controller. Normal sealing temperature is 220°-240° F. Once a pallet is advanced to a sensing photo eye and requires a heat seal, the heat sealer will extend for a pre-determined time and weld the tail to the underlining layers. The amount of force the bar exerts on the film is adjusted through a pressure regulator on the valve
